White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Delicious cookies made with rich cocoa and white chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • white sugar (2 cups)
  • unsalted butter (1 cup)
  • eggs (2 large)
  • vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
  • all-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • unsweetened cocoa powder (0.75 cup)
  • baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • white chocolate chips (1.67 cups)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until set, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
