White Chili with Ground Turkey
A hearty and flavorful chili made with ground turkey and white beans, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients
- ground turkey (680 grams)
- onion (1 )
- garlic (3 cloves)
- canned green chile peppers (2 cans (4 ounce))
- ground cumin (15 grams)
- dried oregano (15 grams)
- ground cinnamon (5 grams)
- ground cayenne pepper (0 )

- chicken broth (1200 grams)
- cannellini beans (3 cans (15 ounce))
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese (225 grams)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Combine ground turkey, onion, and garlic in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir until turkey is browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add chile peppers, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and white pepper; cook and stir 5 more minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and 2 cans of cannellini beans.
- Puree the remaining can of beans in a blender or food processor; stir into the soup and add cheese.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese has blended into the soup. Serve and enjoy!
