Walking Takis Street Corn

A deliciously unique twist on street corn featuring grilled corn and flavored tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • corn (3 ears)
  • mayonnaise (0.25 cup)
  • sour cream (0.25 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon)
  • cilantro (1 tablespoon)
  • black pepper (0.25 teaspoon)
  • tortilla chips (8 bags)

Instructions

  1. Heat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill corn for 8 minutes. Flip and grill for 8 minutes more. Remove from heat and place on a cutting board.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, cilantro, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Remove husks from the corn and discard. Cut corn kernels from the cob and stir into the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Open bags of Takis and divide the corn mixture between the bags. Top with extra Parmesan and cilantro if desired. The Takis serve as your dipping tool, no forks needed.
