Walker's New Mini Scottie Dog Shortbread
A festive holiday shortbread cookie version shaped like Scottie dogs, perfect for gifting and holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- flour (100 grams)
- butter (75 grams)
- sugar (50 grams)
- salt (1 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the flour and salt to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough to about 1cm thickness and cut into Scottie dog shapes.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving or packaging.
