Walker's New Mini Scottie Dog Shortbread

A festive holiday shortbread cookie version shaped like Scottie dogs, perfect for gifting and holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • flour (100 grams)
  • butter (75 grams)
  • sugar (50 grams)
  • salt (1 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour and salt to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1cm thickness and cut into Scottie dog shapes.
  5. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving or packaging.
