  • melted butter (0.5 cup)
  • sage (1 tablespoon)

  2. Shape buns into twists, snails, or spirals and place on an oiled pan to rise.
  3. For a herb twist, roll buns in melted butter and herbs before baking.
  4. Use frozen bread dough to make stromboli, calzones, or even pretzels by thawing and shaping the dough after it rises.
  5. For sweet dough, format into cinnamon rolls or donuts using the thawed sweet dough and baking accordingly.
  6. Puff pastry should be thawed overnight in the fridge or left at room temperature for quick usage. Roll and shape as desired.
