True Wisconsin Bloody Mary

A flavorful cocktail made with vodka, tomato and clam juice, and seasoned with various spices and garnishes.

Ingredients

  • ice cubes (4 units)
  • vodka (1.5 fluid ounce)
  • pimento-stuffed green olives (3 units)
  • brine from olive jar (1 tablespoon)
  • celery salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • ground black pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
  • Worcestershire sauce (3 dashes)
  • hot pepper sauce (3 dashes)
  • tomato and clam juice cocktail (1 cup)
  • celery (1 stalk)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large tumbler with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in vodka, then add olives and brine.
  3. Season with celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Top with tomato and clam juice cocktail.
  5. Stir with celery stalk and leave in as a garnish.
  6. Sprinkle with additional celery salt before serving.
