Toblerone Truffles

Luxurious chocolate truffles infused with the signature Toblerone flavor, featuring a smooth, velvety chocolate center with crunchy bits of honey and almond nougat, and shaped like diamonds.

Ingredients

  • Toblerone milk chocolate (1 box)
  • honey (2 tsp)
  • almond nougat (100 grams)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Toblerone chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before mixing in the crunchy bits of honey and almond nougat.
  3. Using a truffle mold, pour a layer of melted chocolate into each cavity and allow to set.
  4. Once set, fill the molds with the nougat mixture and then cover with a final layer of melted chocolate.
  5. Let the truffles cool completely until firm.
  6. Remove the truffles from the mold and wrap each in shiny gold foil.
