Toblerone Truffles
Luxurious chocolate truffles infused with the signature Toblerone flavor, featuring a smooth, velvety chocolate center with crunchy bits of honey and almond nougat, and shaped like diamonds.
Ingredients
- Toblerone milk chocolate (1 box)
- honey (2 tsp)
- almond nougat (100 grams)
Instructions
- Melt the Toblerone chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before mixing in the crunchy bits of honey and almond nougat.
- Using a truffle mold, pour a layer of melted chocolate into each cavity and allow to set.
- Once set, fill the molds with the nougat mixture and then cover with a final layer of melted chocolate.
- Let the truffles cool completely until firm.
- Remove the truffles from the mold and wrap each in shiny gold foil.
