Tiramisu

Ingredients
- lady fingers (24 pieces)
- mascarpone cheese (500 grams)
- chocolate (100 grams)
- coffee liqueur (100 milliliters)
- Marsala wine (50 milliliters)
- whipped cream (200 grams)
- sugar (100 grams)
- coffee (300 milliliters)
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and Marsala wine. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Dip half of the lady fingers in the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the lady fingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining lady fingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the top of the tiramisu.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
