    1. Keep your cheese cool and away from light, yeast, mold spores, and other food aromas by storing it in your fridge's bottom crisper drawer.
    2. Use the original container your cheese came in for storage as it is designed for longevity.
    3. If your cheese comes in a tub or box, keep that container for humidity and protection.
    4. For hard or semi-hard cheese, after cutting, fold the original wrapper back over the end and secure with a rubber band. You may also use parchment paper or cheese bags for additional protection.
    5. Keep different types of cheese in separate containers to avoid flavor blending.
    6. Let cheese sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
