Instructions

  2. Sweat the aromatics for the stuffing ahead of time.
  3. Combine the toasted bread and aromatics, then wrap and refrigerate.
  4. Prepare the turkey stock weeks in advance and freeze portions for making gravy.
  5. Make the gravy from the thawed stock and freeze it until needed.
  6. Mash and season potatoes the day before, store in a sealed container.
  7. Reheat mashed potatoes over low heat, adding warm milk and butter as needed.
