Instructions
- Toast the bread for stuffing the day before.
- Sweat the aromatics for the stuffing ahead of time.
- Combine the toasted bread and aromatics, then wrap and refrigerate.
- Prepare the turkey stock weeks in advance and freeze portions for making gravy.
- Make the gravy from the thawed stock and freeze it until needed.
- Mash and season potatoes the day before, store in a sealed container.
- Reheat mashed potatoes over low heat, adding warm milk and butter as needed.
