Ingredients

  • peach (1 kg)
  • sugar (200 grams)
  • pie crust (2 pieces)
  • vanilla ice cream (1 scoop)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh peaches, sugar, and mix well.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie dish, pour the peach mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges, making slits for steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired, preferably cold.
