Ingredients
- peach (1 kg)
- sugar (200 grams)
- pie crust (2 pieces)
- vanilla ice cream (1 scoop)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh peaches, sugar, and mix well.
- Place one pie crust in a pie dish, pour the peach mixture into the crust.
- Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges, making slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired, preferably cold.
