Ingredients

  • Tostada shell (1 piece)
  • refried beans (0.5 cup)
  • red sauce (0.25 cup)
  • lettuce (0.5 cup)
  • shredded cheese (0.5 cup)
  • Green Burrito filling (1 cup)
  • Meximelt filling (1 cup)
  • Gordita filling (1 cup)
  • Caramel Apple filling (1 cup)
  • cinnamon sugar (2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tostada by placing the refried beans, red sauce, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese on top.
  2. For the Green Burrito, mix refried beans, onions, Cheddar cheese, and green sauce together in a burrito shell.
  3. To create the Meximelt, layer seasoned beef, pico de gallo, and a three-cheese blend in a tortilla and grill until melted.
  4. For the Beef Gordita Supreme, fill warm flatbread with seasoned beef, sour cream, lettuce, three-cheese blend, and tomatoes.
  5. Prepare the Caramel Apple Empanada by filling dough with the caramel apple filling, closing it, and frying until crispy. Coat with cinnamon sugar.
