Sweet Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
- soy sauce (0.25 cup)
- honey (2 tablespoons)
- hot sauce (2 tablespoons)
- brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
- chopped fresh ginger root (2 teaspoons)
- chopped garlic (2 teaspoons)
- skinless boneless chicken breast halves (4 )

- vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic together in a small bowl; set sauce aside.
- Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until browned, about 1 minute per side.
- Pour sauce over chicken; simmer, uncovered, until sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.
