Ingredients

  • flaked coconut (1 cup)
  • packed brown sugar (1 cup)
  • chopped nuts (1 cup)
  • all-purpose flour (0.333 cup)
  • melted butter (0.333 cup)
  • cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (3 cups)
  • white sugar (0.75 cup)
  • milk (0.5 cup)
  • unsalted butter, softened (0.333 cup)
  • large eggs, beaten (2 large)
  • vanilla extract (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Make the topping: Mix coconut, brown sugar, nuts, flour, and melted butter together in a bowl until well combined.
