Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

- yellow bell pepper (1 medium)
- kale (240 grams)

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, kale, garlic, basil, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Toss cooked pasta in a large bowl with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
