Stuffed Mini Peppers
Delicious mini peppers stuffed with a creamy cheese mix, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- mini peppers (0.45 pound)
- whipped cream cheese (0.227 kilogram)
- shredded Cheddar cheese (0.12 cup)
- everything bagel seasoning (1 tablespoon)
- green onion (1 )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place peppers on a large baking sheet.
- Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, everything seasoning, and green onion in a bowl. Mix well until evenly combined. Using a butter knife, spread each pepper with an equal amount of cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn the oven’s broiler to High and broil until cheese is browned on top, about 2 minutes.
