Stuffed Mini Peppers

Delicious mini peppers stuffed with a creamy cheese mix, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • mini peppers (0.45 pound)
  • whipped cream cheese (0.227 kilogram)
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (0.12 cup)
  • everything bagel seasoning (1 tablespoon)
  • green onion (1 )

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place peppers on a large baking sheet.
  2. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, everything seasoning, and green onion in a bowl. Mix well until evenly combined. Using a butter knife, spread each pepper with an equal amount of cheese mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn the oven’s broiler to High and broil until cheese is browned on top, about 2 minutes.
