Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  2. Fill jalapeños with cream cheese. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, then wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a bacon slice. Secure with a toothpick. Arrange wrapped jalapeños in a single layer, face down on a broiler rack.
