Ingredients
- olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Montreal steak seasoning (1 tablespoon)
- filet mignon steaks (16 ounces)
- unsalted butter (1 tablespoon)
- fresh cremini mushrooms (0.5 cup)
- refrigerated cheese tortellini (20 ounces)
- unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)
- heavy cream (5 fluid ounces)
- Parmesan cheese (2 cups)
- nutmeg (1 pinch)
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, and steak seasoning in a small, shallow dish. Add steak strips and marinate for 30 minutes.

- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package directions, about 3 minutes.
- Melt butter for Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stirring until combined. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Season with nutmeg.
- Drain tortellini, return to the pot, and toss with Alfredo sauce to coat. Serve tortellini topped with steak and mushrooms.
