Sriracha Deviled Eggs
A spicy twist on traditional deviled eggs, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- eggs (3 large)
- mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- sriracha (1 teaspoon)
- mustard (0.5 teaspoon)
- salt (0 )
- pepper (0 )
- paprika (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and place them in a mixing bowl. Set egg whites aside.
- Mash the egg yolks. Add mayonnaise, sriracha, and mustard. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place egg yolk mixture in a piping bag and pipe mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
