Spinach and Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • grated Parmesan cheese (80 grams)
  • cherry tomatoes (300 grams)
  • sliced black olives (56 grams)
  • Italian-style salad dressing (227 milliliters)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, spinach, cheese, tomatoes, and olives. Add enough salad dressing to coat. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
