Smoked Salmon Canapés

Delicious smoked salmon canapés with a creamy dill spread.

Ingredients

  • white onion (0.75 cup)
  • capers (3 tablespoons)
  • fresh dill (2 tablespoons)
  • lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Dijon mustard (4 teaspoons)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )
  • sourdough baguette (1 )
  • smoked salmon (6 ounces)
  • cream cheese (8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Stir onion, capers, dill, lemon juice, and mustard together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut baguette into 24 thin slices. Cut salmon into 24 pieces. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread, add 1 piece of salmon, and top with relish. Place on a serving dish.
