Smoked Salmon Canapés
Delicious smoked salmon canapés with a creamy dill spread.
Ingredients
- white onion (0.75 cup)
- capers (3 tablespoons)
- fresh dill (2 tablespoons)
- lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Dijon mustard (4 teaspoons)
- salt (0 )
- ground black pepper (0 )
- sourdough baguette (1 )
- smoked salmon (6 ounces)
- cream cheese (8 ounces)
Instructions
- Stir onion, capers, dill, lemon juice, and mustard together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut baguette into 24 thin slices. Cut salmon into 24 pieces. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread, add 1 piece of salmon, and top with relish. Place on a serving dish.
