Ingredients

- garlic powder (1 teaspoon)

- Worcestershire sauce (0.5 cup)
- barbecue sauce (0.5 cup)
Instructions
- Place beef roast in a slow cooker with onion, carrots, and celery.
- Season with garlic powder and pepper, then pour Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on Low until the meat is tender, 6 to 8 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium.
