- smoked cheddar cheese (100 grams)

- spicy jalapeño cheese (100 grams)
- jalapeño crisps (30 grams)
- cheddar cheese (200 grams)
- macaroni (100 grams)
- batter (150 grams)
Instructions
- In a large pan, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers to the pan and cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a scoop of the sloppy joe mixture between two steamed buns.
- For Smoky Joe Slider, top with smoked cheddar and crispy onions.
- For Spicy Joe Slider, add spicy jalapeño cheese and jalapeño crisps.
- Prepare the Mac & Cheese by cooking macaroni as per package instructions.
- Mix cooked macaroni with melted cheddar cheese until gooey.
- Coat the macaroni mix in batter and shape into triangles.
- Deep fry the triangle bites until golden brown.
