Ingredients

  • lean ground beef (500 grams)
  • onion (1 unit)
  • tomatoes (2 unit)
  • bell pepper (1 unit)
  • steamed buns (4 unit)
  • smoked cheddar cheese (100 grams)
  • crispy onions (50 grams)
  • spicy jalapeño cheese (100 grams)
  • jalapeño crisps (30 grams)
  • cheddar cheese (200 grams)
  • macaroni (100 grams)
  • batter (150 grams)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers to the pan and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place a scoop of the sloppy joe mixture between two steamed buns.
  5. For Smoky Joe Slider, top with smoked cheddar and crispy onions.
  6. For Spicy Joe Slider, add spicy jalapeño cheese and jalapeño crisps.
  7. Prepare the Mac & Cheese by cooking macaroni as per package instructions.
  8. Mix cooked macaroni with melted cheddar cheese until gooey.
  9. Coat the macaroni mix in batter and shape into triangles.
  10. Deep fry the triangle bites until golden brown.
