Simple Tortellini Soup

  • cannellini beans (1 can)
  • zucchini (0.5 )
  • red wine vinaigrette (1 tablespoon)
  • basil (1 teaspoon)

  • grated Parmesan cheese (0.25 cup)

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot; cook tortellini in boiling broth until tender, about 6 minutes.
