Shrimp Soup
A flavorful soup combining broth and shrimp, garnished with fresh dill and green onions.
Ingredients
- chicken broth (2 cans)
- beef broth (2 cans)
- shrimp consomme (2 cans)
- frozen shrimp (2.5 cups)
- fresh dill weed (1 teaspoon)
- salt (0 )
- pepper (0 )
- sliced green onions (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, beef broth and shrimp consomme. Bring to a simmer, then strain.
- Return broth to pot and add shrimp and dill. Heat through and adjust seasonings. Garnish with chopped green onion.
