Shrimp Soup

A flavorful soup combining broth and shrimp, garnished with fresh dill and green onions.

Ingredients

  • chicken broth (2 cans)
  • beef broth (2 cans)
  • shrimp consomme (2 cans)
  • frozen shrimp (2.5 cups)
  • fresh dill weed (1 teaspoon)
  • salt (0 )
  • pepper (0 )
  • sliced green onions (2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, beef broth and shrimp consomme. Bring to a simmer, then strain.
  2. Return broth to pot and add shrimp and dill. Heat through and adjust seasonings. Garnish with chopped green onion.
