Shrimp Ramen Stir Fry

A delicious and quick stir fry featuring shrimp and ramen noodles in a savory sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • oyster sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
  • rice vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • chili crisp (1 teaspoon)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • grapeseed oil (2 teaspoons)
  • sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
  • broccoli florets (0.5 cup)
  • carrots (0.5 cup)
  • red bell pepper (0.25 cup)
  • onion (0.25 cup)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • shrimp (0.25 pound)
  • ramen noodles (1 package)
  • black and white sesame seeds (1 pinch)
  • green onions (0 )

Instructions

  1. For sauce, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili crisp, and minced garlic to a small bowl. Heat grapeseed oil in a small saucepan and carefully pour heated oil into the bowl; set sauce aside.
  2. Heat remaining 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a wok or heavy skillet. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant, about 35 seconds. Pour in sauce and add shrimp. Cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, open ramen package and discard seasoning packet. Bring 2½ cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and stir noodles into the wok; toss to coat. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
