Ingredients

  • halibut fillets (0.113 kg)
  • scallops (6 )
  • peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp (6 )
  • dry white wine (0.08 cup)
  • melted butter (30 g)
  • lemon juice (15 ml)
  • minced garlic (5 g)
  • seafood seasoning (2.5 g)
  • salt and pepper (0 )
  • chopped fresh parsley (15 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Arrange halibut, scallops, and shrimp in a glass oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with wine, melted butter, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic and seafood seasoning, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until halibut turns white and flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
