Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
A delicious and hearty dish made from thick slices of cauliflower roasted until golden brown.
Ingredients
- cauliflower (1 large head)
- olive oil (0.25 cup)
- fresh lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- red pepper flakes (1 pinch)
- salt (0 )
- ground black pepper (0 )
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Brush tops of cauliflower steaks with half of the olive oil mixture.
- Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and brush tops with remaining olive oil mixture.
- Continue roasting until tender and golden, 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Serve and enjoy!
