Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

A delicious and hearty dish made from thick slices of cauliflower roasted until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • cauliflower (1 large head)
  • olive oil (0.25 cup)
  • fresh lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • red pepper flakes (1 pinch)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Brush tops of cauliflower steaks with half of the olive oil mixture.
  4. Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and brush tops with remaining olive oil mixture.
  5. Continue roasting until tender and golden, 15 to 20 minutes more.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
