Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • shredded rotisserie chicken (8 cups)
  • cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • scallions (1 cup)
  • sour cream (1 container)
  • chicken broth (0.5 cup)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • garlic powder (1.5 teaspoons)
  • onion powder (1.5 teaspoons)
  • black pepper (1.5 teaspoons)
  • kosher salt (1.5 teaspoons)
  • buttery round crackers (2 sleeves)
  • unsalted butter (0.5 cup)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stir together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, scallions, sour cream, chicken broth, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
