Reese's Popcorn
Popcorn topped with a chocolatey drizzle and peanut butter crème, inspired by Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Ingredients
- popcorn kernels (1 cup)
- butter (4 tbsp)
- peanut butter (0.5 cup)
- chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
- salt (0.25 tsp)
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method (microwave, stovetop, etc.).
- Place the popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
- Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and mix gently to coat evenly.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and mix gently again.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste, and let it cool before serving.
