Reese's Popcorn

Popcorn topped with a chocolatey drizzle and peanut butter crème, inspired by Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

Ingredients

  • popcorn kernels (1 cup)
  • butter (4 tbsp)
  • peanut butter (0.5 cup)
  • chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
  • salt (0.25 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method (microwave, stovetop, etc.).
  2. Place the popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and mix gently to coat evenly.
  6. In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and mix gently again.
  8. Sprinkle with salt to taste, and let it cool before serving.
