Raspberry Crumble Bars
Delicious raspberry jam filled bars with a crumbly topping, perfect for dessert or snacks.
Ingredients

- all-purpose flour (2.25 cups)
- white sugar (1 cup)
- unsalted butter (1 cup)
- egg (1 )
- raspberry jam (0.75 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat an 8-inch square cake pan with cooking spray.
- Beat flour, sugar, butter, and egg in a large bowl with an electric mixer until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside 2 cups of crumb mixture; firmly press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the crumb mixture, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges; sprinkle the reserved 2 cups of crumb mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown, about 40 to 50 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
