Quick and Easy Home Fries

Deliciously crispy home fries made from fresh russet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • russet potatoes (3 medium)
  • butter or margarine (3 tablespoons)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Rinse potato cubes with cold water and drain well.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place potatoes in the skillet and season with salt and pepper; mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and cook, turning frequently, until brown and crisp on all sides, about 10 more minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
