Quick and Easy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
- water (2 cups)
- chicken broth (2 cups)
- sweet peas and sliced carrots (1 15 ounce)
- mushroom pieces and stems (1 6.5 ounce)
- premium chicken breast in water (1 10 ounce)
- long grain and wild rice mix (1 4.3 ounce)

- chopped green onions (0 )
Instructions
- Combine water, broth, peas and carrots, mushrooms, chicken, and rice mix with seasoning in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls; season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped green onions.
