Quarter Pounder Burger

A classic McDonald's Quarter Pounder hamburger that has been temporarily impacted by an E. coli outbreak.

Ingredients

  • beef patties (1 piece)
  • hamburger bun (1 piece)
  • cheese (1 slice)
  • pickles (2 pieces)
  • onions (2 tablespoon)
  • ketchup (1 tablespoon)
  • mustard (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Grill the quarter pound beef patty on a preheated grill or stovetop skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Toast the hamburger bun on the grill or skillet until lightly golden.
  3. Assemble the burger by placing the cooked beef patty on the bottom half of the bun.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of the patty and allow it to melt slightly.
  5. Add slivered onions and pickles on top of the cheese.
  6. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of the bun, if desired.
  7. Place the top half of the bun on the assembled burger and serve immediately.
