Pumpkin Cheese Ball
This pumpkin cheese ball recipe is flavorful, creamy, and delicious. It’s the perfect appetizer for all your fall festivities!
Ingredients
- Cream cheese (2 packet)
- Hot sauce (1 tbsp)
- Paprika (1 tsp)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Cheddar (1.5 cup)
- Bell pepper (1 unit)
- Crackers (1 serving)
Instructions
- Process the cream cheese with hot sauce, paprika, and garlic.
- Add 1 ½ cups of the cheese and process until the cheese is finely chopped.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on a piece of plastic wrap.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture into a mound on top of the cheese.
- Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the mixture to form a ball.
- Wrap four wide rubber bands around the ball to create indentations.
- Chill for at least three hours, then remove the rubber bands.
- Remove the plastic wrap and place the stem atop the ball.
