Perfectly Cooked Eggs
A family favorite breakfast recipe for eggs cooked to perfection, whether scrambled, fried, or omelet style.
Ingredients

- oil (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add butter or oil to the pan if desired for flavor.
- Crack eggs into the skillet. For scrambled eggs, stir gently to combine the whites and yolks.
- Cook until the eggs are set to your liking; for scrambled eggs, cook until fully set but soft, for sunny side up leave until whites are set, and for over easy flip gently and cook until the yolk is slightly firm but still running.
