Perfect Roast Turkey

Ingredients

- salt (1 cup)
- water (2 gallon)
- herbs (5 tsp)
Instructions
- Purchase two smaller turkeys, ideally 10-14 pounds each.
- Brine the turkeys in a solution of salt and water for several hours before cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the turkeys on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
- Season the turkeys with herbs and spices of your choice.
- Roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkeys rest for at least 30 minutes before carving.
