Perfect Pumpkin Pie

A classic pumpkin pie with a creamy filling and a flaky golden crust, perfect for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • pumpkin puree (1 cup)
  • sweetened condensed milk (1 cup)
  • eggs (2 item)
  • pumpkin pie spice (2 tsp)
  • pie crust (1 pie)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let cool before serving. Best served with whipped cream.
