Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
A delicious and easy recipe for sautéing Brussels sprouts with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- butter (3 tablespoons)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- Brussels sprouts (6 )
- Parmesan cheese (2 tablespoons)
- salt (0 )
- ground black pepper (0 )
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot, about 3 minutes. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook and stir the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add another tablespoon of butter and the Brussels sprouts, cut-side down; cover and cook until golden brown, about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Flip the Brussels sprouts and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Cover and cook until the other side is browned, about 3 more minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
