Panera's New Ciabatta Dippers

Panera's Ciabatta Dipper comes in two variations—the French Dipper and Spicy Chicken Dipper, both served with a bowl of soup for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Steak (150 grams)
  • Provolone cheese (2 slices)
  • Asiago cheese (2 slices)
  • Garlic aioli (2 tablespoon)
  • Bistro French Onion Soup (1 bowl)
  • Grilled chicken (150 grams)
  • Salsa verde (2 tablespoon)
  • Tomato soup (1 bowl)
  • Ciabatta bread (2 slices)

Instructions

  1. For the French Dipper, layer marinated steak on ciabatta bread, topping with provolone and Asiago cheese.
  2. Drizzle garlic aioli on top of the cheese and sandwich.
  3. Serve with a bowl of Bistro French Onion Soup.
  4. For the Spicy Chicken Dipper, layer sliced grilled chicken on ciabatta bread, topping with provolone and salsa verde.
  5. Serve with a bowl of tomato soup.
