Ingredients

- Cajun seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- dried basil (0.5 teaspoon)
- parsley flakes (0.5 teaspoon)
- lemon-pepper seasoning (1 pinch)
- tilapia fillets (1 pound)
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, Cajun seasoning, basil, parsley, and lemon-pepper seasoning; stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tilapia fillets; increase heat to medium-high.
- Cook tilapia until opaque and easily flakes with a fork, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Adjust temperature if browning too quickly.
