Oven Roasted Potatoes

Delicious and crispy oven roasted potatoes seasoned with herbs.

Ingredients

  • olive oil (0.125 cup)
  • minced garlic (1 tablespoon)
  • dried basil (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried marjoram (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried dill weed (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried thyme (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried oregano (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried parsley (0.5 teaspoon)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (0.5 teaspoon)
  • salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • potatoes (4 large)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
  2. Combine oil, garlic, basil, marjoram, dill, thyme, oregano, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides, until tender with crispy edges, about 20 to 30 minutes.
