Northwest Steakhouse Steak Marinade

A quick and easy marinade for steak, infused with Greek seasoning and bouillon for flavor.

Ingredients

  • Greek seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • chicken bouillon (1 cube)
  • seasoned salt (1 pinch)
  • garlic powder (1 pinch)
  • unsalted butter (0.5 cup)

Instructions

  1. Stir Greek seasoning, bouillon cube, seasoning salt, and garlic powder into melted butter in a glass measuring cup until bouillon cube is dissolved.
  2. Pour marinade into a wide, shallow dish; add your steak of choice, turning to coat both sides with marinade. Cook or grill as desired.
