Ninja Crispi Air Fryer

Ingredients
- potato pancakes (1 piece)
- quiche (1 slice)
- tofu (1 block)
- cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
- seasonings (1 pinch)
Instructions
- Place the potato pancake in the air fryer and select the re-crisp mode for 10 minutes.
- For quiche, use the re-crisp mode for a few minutes until the crust is crispy and the interior is heated.
- Cube the tofu, toss in cornstarch and seasonings, then set the fryer to crisp and cook for around 15 minutes.
