Ninja Crispi Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • potato pancakes (1 piece)
  • quiche (1 slice)
  • tofu (1 block)
  • cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
  • seasonings (1 pinch)

Instructions

  1. Place the potato pancake in the air fryer and select the re-crisp mode for 10 minutes.
  2. For quiche, use the re-crisp mode for a few minutes until the crust is crispy and the interior is heated.
  3. Cube the tofu, toss in cornstarch and seasonings, then set the fryer to crisp and cook for around 15 minutes.
