My Husband's Favorite Baked Burgers

Delicious baked burgers made with lean ground beef and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • ground beef (454 grams)
  • bread crumbs (60 grams)
  • ketchup (60 milliliters)
  • Worcestershire sauce (60 milliliters)
  • garlic powder (15 grams)
  • onion powder (15 grams)
  • mustard powder (2 grams)
  • black pepper (0 )
  • salt (0 )

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well mixed. Form into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve immediately.
