Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

Ingredients

  • butter (2 tablespoons)
  • sliced white mushrooms (1 package)
  • garlic (2 cloves)
  • soy sauce (2 teaspoons)
  • ground black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in soy sauce; cook until liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
  3. Season with pepper.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
