Microwave Fudge
It doesn’t get much easier than this microwave fudge recipe. It tastes just like the stovetop stuff, but it comes together in a fraction of the time.
Ingredients
- confectioners' sugar (4 cups)
- unsweetened cocoa powder (0.5 cup)
- butter (0.5 cup)
- milk (0.25 cup)
- vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Grease a 9x9-inch dish. Stir confectioners' sugar and cocoa together in a microwave-safe bowl; add butter and pour in milk but do not mix.
- Microwave until butter is melted, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla, mixing vigorously until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
