Member’s Mark Lobster Mac & Cheese
An indulgent dish featuring chunks of lobster and cavatappi pasta bathed in a creamy sauce made with five different white cheeses, making it a perfect holiday side dish.
Ingredients
- lobster (1 kg)
- cavatappi pasta (500 grams)
- white cheese (250 grams)
- cream (250 ml)
- salt (5 grams)
- pepper (5 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook cavatappi pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and white cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Fold in cooked pasta and chunks of lobster until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
