Member’s Mark Lobster Mac & Cheese

An indulgent dish featuring chunks of lobster and cavatappi pasta bathed in a creamy sauce made with five different white cheeses, making it a perfect holiday side dish.

Ingredients

  • lobster (1 kg)
  • cavatappi pasta (500 grams)
  • white cheese (250 grams)
  • cream (250 ml)
  • salt (5 grams)
  • pepper (5 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook cavatappi pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and white cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Fold in cooked pasta and chunks of lobster until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
