Member's Mark French Silk Pie

A decadent dessert featuring a flaky crust filled with silky-smooth chocolate and topped with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

Ingredients

  • flaky crust (1 pie)
  • chocolate (8 oz)
  • whipped cream (1 cup)
  • chocolate curls (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flaky crust as per package instructions and bake until golden brown.
  2. Once crust is cooled, melt the semisweet chocolate until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, and slowly beat in the whipped cream until fluffy.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and garnish with chocolate curls before serving.
