Meatball Soup

Ingredients

  • water (2 quarts)
  • small meatballs (20 )
  • tomato sauce (2 (8 ounce) cans)
  • beef bouillon cube (2 cubes)
  • dried oregano (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried basil (0.5 teaspoon)
  • dried thyme (0.25 teaspoon)
  • salt (0 )
  • ground black pepper (0 )
  • celery, sliced (2 stalks)
  • carrots, sliced (2 )
  • garlic, minced (1 clove)
  • elbow macaroni (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add meatballs, tomato sauce, bouillon, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste, celery, carrots, and garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done. Top with parmesan cheese to serve.
