Meatball Soup
Ingredients
- water (2 quarts)
- small meatballs (20 )
- tomato sauce (2 (8 ounce) cans)
- beef bouillon cube (2 cubes)
- dried oregano (0.5 teaspoon)
- dried basil (0.5 teaspoon)
- dried thyme (0.25 teaspoon)
- salt (0 )
- ground black pepper (0 )
- celery, sliced (2 stalks)
- carrots, sliced (2 )
- garlic, minced (1 clove)
- elbow macaroni (1 cup)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add meatballs, tomato sauce, bouillon, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste, celery, carrots, and garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done. Top with parmesan cheese to serve.
